Application additionally require devices with 32-bit application support, compatible CPU architecture, and sufficient hardware compatibility. Customers are solely responsible for verifying device compatibility and technical requirements before purchase.<br><strong>g.<\/strong>\u00a0Certain hardware devices may require specific firmware, boot files, flashing procedures, modifications, or configuration before they can be used with the purchased software or subscription. The customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility and device readiness before placing an order.<br><strong>h.<\/strong>\u00a0Free compatibility verification and pre-purchase testing assistance are available upon request. Customers are encouraged to contact support before purchasing if they are unsure whether their device is compatible.<br><strong>i.<\/strong>\u00a0By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have verified their device model, firmware version, serial number, hardware compatibility, and flashing status prior to purchase.<br><strong>j.<\/strong>\u00a0The customer\u2019s lack of technical knowledge, experience, software installation skills, flashing skills, or inability to perform required procedures shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, dispute, or claim.<br><strong>k.<\/strong>\u00a0Any flashing, firmware modification, boot file installation, software modification, or device preparation is performed entirely at the customer\u2019s own risk.<br><strong>l.<\/strong>\u00a0Refusal to follow troubleshooting instructions, refusal to provide requested screenshots, serial numbers, log files, videos, or diagnostic information shall not constitute grounds for a refund.<br><strong>m.<\/strong>\u00a0Digital licenses, subscriptions, activations, and software services are considered fully delivered once assigned, activated, registered, generated, or linked to a device serial number, user account, or customer profile, regardless of whether the customer completed installation or setup.<br><strong>n.<\/strong>\u00a0Customers who do not possess the technical knowledge, equipment, or experience required to prepare, flash, configure, or modify their device may request a paid device preparation and flashing service, where available.<br><strong>o.<\/strong>\u00a0The availability of such services does not transfer responsibility for compatibility verification to Xdiag. Customers remain responsible for confirming hardware compatibility before purchasing any license, subscription, activation, or digital service.<br><strong>p.<\/strong>\u00a0Failure to utilize available compatibility verification, testing assistance, or optional flashing services shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or dispute.<br>q. Xdiag does not guarantee compatibility with devices that have been previously modified, flashed, repaired, unlocked, rooted, cloned, or altered by third parties.<br><strong>r.<\/strong>\u00a0The customer acknowledges that diagnostic software may require firmware modifications, flashing procedures, boot file installation, account configuration, or hardware preparation which are outside the control of Xdiag. Any inability to perform such procedures shall not be considered a defect of the product or service.<br><strong>s.<\/strong>\u00a0Licenses and subscriptions are assigned to the serial number, user account, or device specified by the customer at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred, exchanged, reassigned, or refunded after activation or assignment.<br>t. Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their device, firmware, software, configuration, and personal data before performing any installation, update, flashing procedure, or modification.<br><strong>u.<\/strong>\u00a0Xdiag shall not be responsible for any loss of data, loss of functionality, device malfunction, temporary unavailability, or damage resulting from improper installation, flashing, modification, misuse, third-party software, or failure to follow provided instructions.<br><strong>v.<\/strong>\u00a0Software compatibility, available functions, vehicle coverage, coding capabilities, special functions, and manufacturer-specific features may vary depending on hardware version, firmware version, software version, vehicle model, vehicle year, region, and manufacturer restrictions.<br><strong>w.<\/strong>\u00a0Certain functions may require an active internet connection, manufacturer authorization, online services, or third-party servers which are outside the control of Xdiag.<br><strong>x.<\/strong>\u00a0Xdiag does not guarantee availability of manufacturer online services, security gateway access, coding functions, cloud services, or third-party platforms that may be modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued by their respective owners.<br><strong>y.<\/strong>\u00a0Customers are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the use of diagnostic, coding, programming, immobilizer, security gateway, and vehicle configuration functions.<br><strong>z.<\/strong>\u00a0Any abuse of the software, account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, resale, credential sharing, reverse engineering, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of the service without refund.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>5.1 Software compatibility<\/strong><br><strong>a.<\/strong>\u00a0Xdiag continuously updates and improves its software, vehicle coverage, diagnostic functions, and compatibility. However, due to differences between vehicle manufacturers, model years, regional variations, firmware versions, hardware limitations, and manufacturer restrictions, Xdiag cannot guarantee compatibility with 100% of all vehicles, systems, functions, or features.<br><strong>b.<\/strong>\u00a0Vehicle coverage, special functions, coding capabilities, service procedures, online functions, and diagnostic features may vary between vehicles and may change over time as software updates are released.<br><strong>c.<\/strong>\u00a0Xdiag makes reasonable efforts to expand vehicle coverage and improve compatibility through ongoing software updates, but no guarantee is provided that every function will be available or supported on every vehicle.<br><strong>d.<\/strong>\u00a0Information published on the Website, product pages, advertisements, videos, social media, support materials, tutorials, or marketing content is provided for general informational purposes only and shall not be interpreted as a guarantee that a specific function, feature, coding procedure, special function, or vehicle operation will be available on every vehicle.<br><strong>e.<\/strong>\u00a0Customers are encouraged to verify support for specific vehicles, systems, and functions with our support team before purchase if such functionality is essential to their intended use.<br><strong>f.<\/strong>\u00a0References to supported vehicles, functions, or features represent the best available information at the time of publication and may be subject to change without notice due to software updates, manufacturer restrictions, regional differences, or third-party service changes.<br><strong>g.<\/strong>\u00a0No guarantee is provided that a specific fault can be diagnosed, repaired, coded, programmed, reset, adapted, or resolved using the purchased software, as successful operation depends on vehicle condition, hardware compatibility, manufacturer limitations, and other factors outside the control of Xdiag.<br><strong>h.<\/strong>\u00a0Diagnostic, coding, programming, adaptation, configuration, calibration, immobilizer, ECU, and special function operations may modify vehicle settings, control modules, electronic systems, or stored vehicle data. Customers perform all such operations entirely at their own risk.<br><strong>i.<\/strong>\u00a0Xdiag shall not be liable for any vehicle malfunction, loss of functionality, configuration errors, coding errors, programming failures, immobilizer issues, communication failures, data loss, module corruption, vehicle downtime, repair costs, towing expenses, or any other damages resulting from the use of diagnostic software, coding functions, programming functions, or user actions.<br><strong>j.<\/strong>\u00a0Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the intended function and consequences of any coding, programming, adaptation, reset, calibration, or configuration procedure before performing such actions.<br><strong>k<\/strong>. Customers are strongly advised to create backups of existing vehicle configurations, coding data, and module information whenever possible before making any modifications.<br><strong>l.<\/strong>\u00a0Any modification performed on a vehicle using the software is carried out solely at the customer\u2019s own responsibility and risk.<br><strong>m.<\/strong>\u00a0Vehicle manufacturers may change, restrict, disable, block, or remove diagnostic, coding, programming, online, security gateway, or special functions at any time without notice. Xdiag shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss of functionality, reduced compatibility, or unavailable features.<br><strong>n.<\/strong>\u00a0Certain functions may require additional hardware, adapters, manufacturer subscriptions, security gateway authorization, internet access, or third-party services which may not be included with the purchased license or subscription.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>5.2 Warranty Conditions<\/strong><br>a. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal and proper use conditions.<br>b. The warranty does NOT cover:<br>Physical damage caused by drops, impact, pressure, liquids, heat, moisture, or improper handling.<br>Damaged screens, housings, charging ports, USB ports, connectors, or cables.<br>Battery wear, reduced battery capacity, overheating, or natural battery degradation over time.<br>Damage caused by non-original or incompatible chargers, charging adapters, USB cables, fast chargers, unstable power sources, or incorrect voltage.<br>Damage caused by incorrect vehicle voltage, electrical surges, unstable vehicle power systems, improper jump-starting procedures, faulty vehicle electrical installations, or external electrical factors that may damage the diagnostic interface, tablet, connector, or OBD device.<br>Damage caused by water, humidity, condensation, rain exposure, workshop liquids, chemicals, oils, fuels, cleaning agents, or excessive dust contamination.<br>Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, freezing conditions, excessive heat, or improper storage conditions.<br>All devices must be stored and operated within reasonable environmental conditions as recommended by the manufacturer. Exposure to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, moisture, condensation, or prolonged direct sunlight may permanently damage the battery, display, motherboard, or internal electronics and void the warranty.<br>Damage caused by viruses, malware, unofficial applications, unsafe downloads, modified software, or unauthorized third-party software.<br>Damage caused by rooting, flashing, firmware modifications, custom ROMs, bootloader modifications, or unauthorized software changes.<br>Damage caused by intentional misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, overheating, improper charging, or failure to follow instructions.<br>Damage caused by third-party applications, unsupported software, unsupported vehicle systems, or incompatible devices.<br>Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, opening the device, disassembly, hardware modifications, or attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.<br>Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, discoloration, normal wear and tear, or aging of components.<br>Problems caused by improper storage, water exposure, dust, dirt, workshop contamination, or environmental conditions beyond the manufacturer&#8217;s recommendations.<br>c. Using unofficial, incompatible, damaged, or high-power fast chargers may permanently damage the battery, charging IC, USB controller, motherboard, or internal charging systems and void the warranty.<br>d. Diagnostic software licenses, digital activations, subscriptions, electronic services, and digital content are non-refundable once activated, assigned, delivered, downloaded, registered, or used.<br>e. Customers are responsible for proper use of the diagnostic equipment and for following all installation, operating, maintenance, and safety instructions.<br>f. Any attempt to disassemble, modify, repair, alter, unlock, flash, or tamper with the device by unauthorized persons immediately voids the warranty.<br>g. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including all warranty limitations and exclusions listed above.<br>h. Warranty claims may require photographs, videos, serial numbers, proof of purchase, diagnostic information, and troubleshooting cooperation from the customer. Failure to provide requested information may result in rejection of the warranty claim.<br>i. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the device for warranty inspection unless otherwise required by applicable law.<br>j.
